Belgium Airlines increase daily flights from Newcastle Airport

Newcastle Airport has received a boost with Brussels Airlines announcing an increase in flights from January 10th 2010. The airline currently operates a once daily service to the Belgium capital and will increase this to three daily flights.

The airline also joined the Star Alliance this week expanding the network to some 19,700 daily flights to 1,077 destinations in 175 countries.

Brussels Airlines operates 200 daily services to 55 airports in Europe and 14 locations in Africa.
